Dundee 360’s mandate was to develop a re-envisioned residential community Master Plan and Economic Analysis. This unique property is situated between the blue waters of Georgian Bay and the village and golf course at Blue Mountain. The overall plan included a small commercial village, inland bay with boat access, beaches, timeshares, Nordic ski trails, a destination spa, wooded skating trails, and more. The project goal is to create a sustainable community at one with nature, privacy and where owners can enjoy skiing and hiking on the mountain as well as the water activities on the bay.

Development management
  1. Development planning and development management.
  2. Preliminary Master Planning; establish the constraints and potential of the site, absorb local regulations and meet with city representatives and other parties.
  3. Market development; analysis of the current competition and future offerings. This produces an intelligent phasing plan that synchronizes with the real estate market and generates returns
  4. Marketing envisioned possibilities and building a creative foundation and a fully illustrated, emotive storyline.
  5. Product development study; identify and frame the hospitality/timeshare opportunity.
  6. Commercial tenant mix; develop and manage the commercial brand and marketing strategy, execute the commercial Master Plan.
  7. Economic Analysis; development assumptions, preliminary project budgets, cash flow and market analyses, and competition.
