Dundee 360 is responsible (on behalf of Carbonleo, the developer and investor) for the Development Management, Sales and Marketing of the Four Seasons Private Residences Montreal. This is one of the most prestigious mixed-use complexes to emerge in Montreal. A “true luxury ecosystem,” this work in progress comprises a full-service Four Seasons Hotel, world-class dining venues, premier experiential retail markets, as well as direct access to the Ogilvy Holt Renfrew Complex. This will also be undergoing major improvements throughout 2018-2019: a convention centre, spa, underground parking and, on the upper floors, private residences operated by the hotel.
