A proponent and practitioner of empowerment, continuous improvement and a relentless focus on the client, he has forged the company into a powerful, high-performance team. Brad is also passionate about his volunteer work in the community as well as his love of playing drums.

With over 30 years of diversified project management expertise, Greg brings extensive knowledge of governance, communications management, issues resolution, value engineering and risk management to real estate challenges. His strength lies in his understanding of the fundamentals involved in financial modeling, delivery options and methodologies. He’s also distinguished by his ability to apply innovative approaches to real estate projects and translate that understanding into pragmatic solutions. At play, Greg can be found on the golf course where he also raises money for charity. As the founding chair of two annual golf tournaments in Ottawa and Toronto, he’s helped raise over $15m for local hospitals.

Her track record with world-renowned architectural firms, urban and resort developers, and general contractors, has honed her expertise in architecture, development, construction and financing. As a leader, Marie-Christine motivates and mobilizes multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative, value-added projects. She is continuously learning and travels the world, speaking several languages, to study urban regeneration programs and contemporary conversions of landmark buildings. Her personal dream is to eventually convert a château into a signature hotel, surrounded by a working vineyard.

Chris has worked in the real estate development industry in sales and marketing since 1993. He has worked with some of the country’s leading developers and property owners developing award winning and innovative marketing initiatives and sales programs. He has also served on various industry working groups and committees. Chris focuses on the needs of the customer, the experience, and the message then develops an idea that rises to the top that is different and engaging.

Chris is a hands-on leader and is directly involved with the positioning, marketing and sales of pre-construction projects. Chris works and consults with our clients from the idea and planning stage through to managing the sales and customer experience.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education from York University. He was raised in Oakville and continues to live here with his young family.

She has worked extensively on sustainable energy and building technology projects and strives to use architectural design to encourage solar energy in construction. From concept to construction phases, she collaborated with our development management team on the renovation of the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth in Montréal and the Fairmont Château Frontenac in Québec City. Besides drafting projects or working on her dream home, Emilie is an avid traveller and outdoors’ enthusiast.

He has successfully overseen all of Dundee 360’s European operations. Outside of work, David is at home in the great outdoors and enjoys hiking, fishing and sharing stories around the campfire.

Dian is a multidisciplinary multitasker – from leading Dundee 360’s legal and business negotiations on complex transactions, building and managing a progressive work environment, to building key relationships with the real estate community. A highly active volunteer in Montreal's young business leaders’ community, she was chosen for the Rising Star award by Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Montréal and is highly involved on the governance boards of cultural and professional organizations in Montreal, such as the Young Chinese Professional Association. As a global citizen, Dian speaks five languages, including her native Mandarin Chinese. An outdoors enthusiasts, she travels the world seeking adventures, from scuba diving to ice climbing.

Also tech-savvy, he was at the forefront of infrastructure upgrades for our IT and financial frameworks as well as implementing cost minimization tools. A natural problem-solver, Nick enriched his skills as a senior auditor at   KPMG, where he specialized in the real estate, energy and mining sectors. A daddy of a newborn daughter, when his time is not devoted to cleaning diapers and raising the next woman leader, he enjoys playing video games with his friends and catching up on daily news of the stock market.

Christina balances her leadership of the financial analysis of all our projects with her second career as an enthusiastic hockey mom. Adept at scheduling, she also supersedes at breaking large tasks into logical steps. Her special blend of talents is vital for our preparation and interpretation of resort-based economic analyses as well as her precise co-ordination of project development. Prior to joining our team, she was an Analyst and Manager for Development with Intrawest Corporation. If Christina’s not at her desk running financial modelling scenarios, she’s running to the next arena to fundraise and cheer for her son’s hockey team.
